Eco-Labels and Environmentally Conscious Products

I. Roland DG's Environmental Product Labeling System

1. System Outline

Roland DG's eco-labels are designed to promote the development of  environmentally conscious products and to disclose important environmental product information to customers. The product labeling system is a critical part of  Roland DG's Guideline for  Environmentally Conscious Product Design. Products that display Roland DG eco-labels are certified to comply with this guideline which reflects the company's internal environmental standards.

     Effective September 1, 2007

2. Types of  Eco-Labels

Roland DG's eco-labels are self-declarations based on standards stipulated  by ISO 14021 for Type II environmental labeling.  Type II labels are designed by manufacturer and displayed on products that comply with the manufacturer's internal environmental standards.

 

3. Roland DG's Eco-Label
